Description

Form Flo P-38 is a 1 component, polymer modified, high-performance concrete mix. Form Flo P-38 is mixed with water and applied from 3/4″ thick to 24″. Product includes 3/8″ aggregate, corrosion inhibitor, air entrainment, and flow agents.

Application

Pour into form or apply horizontally at a minimum thickness of 3/4″ within 30 minutes.
